Due to these unique times, our team has worked hard to find solutions that will keep all of our clients & team members as safe as possible. We are dedicated to doing all we can for everyone’s safety. Everyone on our team is fully vaccinated + boosted and will continue to be masked. For that extra layer of protection, we ask all clients to sanitize or wash their hands before sitting with their stylist. Also, if you or anyone in your home is showing symptoms of any kind we do ask you to reschedule for a later date. Please read below for our safety guidelines in full. Step 1. We require all clients to show proof of full vaccination & be masked to enter our business. If you refuse to show proof we reserve the right to refuse service. If you do not have a mask we will provide you with one for $2.
Step 2. We will be practicing the highest levels of sanitation in-between each client to ensure everyone’s safety. You will see our team members regularly disinfecting our washroom, door handles, tools, stylists’ chairs, and all touched surfaces with the highest cross-contamination safety practices. Plus at least 6 ft. in-between each work station.
Step 3. Please come alone. At this time no one will be allowed to accompany you during your services including children, friends, family, & unfortunately, that also goes for pets. We will make exceptions for licensed/service animals, if there is a language barrier, or disability but please call ahead to notify. Also, please keep belongings to essentials only – phone, keys, wallet/purse.
Step 4. Enjoying a beverage during your service is allowed, but please be masked when not sipping. No eating inside the salon will be allowed at this time.
Step 5. We appreciate gratuity as cash only and will have no-contact tip envelopes for your stylist.
Our cancellation policy has not changed. Please visit our booking & store page for our policies in full detail. All services are scheduled with VERY strict sanitation time so do not be late. If you are driving please give yourself extra time to find parking. More people working from home means fewer parking spaces. *All side streets in the neighborhood are free to park.
