Before entering our salon please call and notify our team that you have arrived and are ready for your scheduled appointment. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, our door will remain locked at all times and we will have outdoor seating available until your stylist is ready. We will have one of our team members greet you outside for a temperature check and give further instructions. For everyone’s safety we will also be suited up with PPE, masks, gloves, aprons, etc. We miss all of you but for everyone’s safety no hugging or handshakes during this time.
Step 1. You are required to wear a mask to enter our business. If you do not have a mask or if it doesn’t go around the ears we will provide you with one for $2. We ask you to wear it for your entire stay to keep yourself, and our team as safe as possible. As you enter our salon you will be asked to wash your hands thoroughly before your service can begin.
Step 2. We will be practicing the highest levels of sanitation to ensure everyone’s safety. You will see our team members regularly disinfecting our washroom, door handles, tools, stylists chairs, and all touched surfaces with the highest cross-contamination safety practices.
Step 3. We will be keeping services to a minimum. We ask that ALL haircut clients come with dry, day-of washed hair. We will not be offering any round-brush styling or beard trims/maintenance until further notice. Also, we will not be shampooing or blow-drying unless absolutely necessary. If shampooing is needed we ask please no talking at the shampoo bowl to decrease aerosolization of contaminants.
Step 4. Please come alone. At this time no one is able to accompany you during your services including children, friends, family, & unfortunately, that also goes for pets. Also, please keep belongings to essentials only – phone, keys, wallet/purse.
Step 5. No complimentary spirits, beer, or any beverages will be given at this time. Also, no deliveries of food or eating inside the salon will be allowed. For any services longer than an hour please come with a full belly and you may bring one beverage that can be capped.
Step 6. We ask that our clients please pay by card allowing us to keep contamination risk low with the transfer of currency. We still appreciate gratuity as cash only and will have no-contact tip envelopes for your stylist. In order for us to help offset the cost & challenges of sourcing PPE, it is necessary for us to attach a temporary COVID-fee of $4.00 per service, except consultations. We have to make sure it is available for the safety of you, your service, & our team for the time being.
Our cancellation policy has not changed. Please visit our booking page for our policies in full detail. All services are scheduled with VERY strict sanitation time so do not be late and all services will be by appointment only. If you are driving please give yourself extra time to find parking. More people working from home means fewer parking spaces. *All side streets in the neighborhood are free to park.
Please understand that clients with cancelled appointments due to our closure from March to June have priority and have been scheduled first. If you would like to book an appointment or be added to our waitlist please reach out. Online booking is available for haircuts & consultations only, all color & extension appointments must call until further notice.
