=CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS=
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give our front-of-house team a call and we will happily assist you. Canceling/rescheduling can not be done through our online booking platform.
All clients must provide a valid credit card as a service placeholder and means to secure any cancellation fees upon notification. We very much value your time & we hope you value ours while we look after all our client’s needs. We require no less than 24 hrs notice for all cutting & consultation appts & no less than 48 hrs notice for all color & extension reservation changes or cancellations. Requiring 50% of booked service to be paid at time of cancellation.
*For a NO-SHOW or DAY-OF cancellation, we require 100% of service to be paid.
We do allow a 10-minute grace period for clients who are running late. If you arrive any later into your appointment time, a full-service cancellation fee applies and we will need to reschedule you. This ensures our services/team members are not rushed and future clients are not kept waiting. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment and don’t give us enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. All appointments are confirmed 72 & 24 hours prior through text and/or email. Also, appointments made within 24 hrs. of your scheduled time are considered confirmed.
In the event that you are sick and/or showing symptoms and decide to come in for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to refuse service in order to avoid the possible risk to our team and/or families. If rescheduling your appointment is required there will be a cancellation fee of full service. If you know you are sick please reschedule your appointment ahead of time and for a later date.
=SATISFACTION, DEPOSITS, & CHILDREN POLICIES=
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service please notify us within 7 days of your completed service. We will gladly provide you with a “redo” service. Redo’s do not apply if notified after 7 days & all redo services will be scheduled with the same stylist. No refunds are given for completed services. Service deposits are non-refundable if not given enough notice with rescheduling or cancelling.
We only service ages 13 and older. We have a strict no children policy within our salon so please come alone. Also, please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 policies before your next appointment. Thank you for your support & understanding!
