In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give our front-of-house team a call and we will happily assist you. Canceling/rescheduling can not be done through our online booking platform.

We require all clients to provide us with a valid credit card as a service placeholder and means to secure any cancellation fees upon notification. Please call us 24 hours prior to your haircut or 48 hours prior to your chemical and/or extension service and we will gladly reschedule your service. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than the hours stated above you will be charged 50% of the full price of your scheduled services.

No-shows, day of, or last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of your scheduled services. We do allow a 10-minute grace period for clients who are running late. If you arrive any later into your appointment time, a full-service cancellation fee applies and we will need to reschedule you. This ensures our services/team members are not rushed and future clients are not kept waiting. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment and don’t give us enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. All appointments are confirmed 72 & 24 hours prior through text and/or email. Also, appointments made within 24 hrs. of your scheduled time are considered confirmed.

In the event that you are sick and/or showing symptoms and decide to come in for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to refuse service in order to avoid the possible risk to our team and/or families. If rescheduling your appointment is required there will be a cancellation fee of full service. If you know you are sick please reschedule your appointment ahead of time and for a later date.


If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service please notify us within 7 days of your completed service. We will gladly provide you with a “redo” service. Redo’s do not apply if we are notified after 7 days & all redo services will be scheduled with the same stylist. No refunds are given for completed services. Extension service deposits are non-refundable & chemical service deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hrs. of your scheduled appointment time.

We only service ages 13 and older. Also, we have a strict no children policy within our salon so please come alone. Familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 policies as well before your next appointment. Thank you for your support & understanding!
