=CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS=

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give our front of house team a call and we will happily assist you. Canceling/rescheduling can not be done through our online booking platform.

We require all clients to provide us with a valid credit card as a service placeholder and means to secure any late fees upon notification. Please call us at least 24 hours prior to your haircut or 48 hours prior to your chemical, extension, dreadlock, and/or bridal service and we will gladly reschedule your service. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than the hours stated above you will be charged 50% of the full price of your scheduled services. If you no-show or cancel the day of/last minute you will be charged 100% of the full price of your scheduled services. We do allow a 10 minute grace period for clients who are running late. If you arrive 11 minutes or more into your appointment time, a full-service cancellation fee applies and we will need to reschedule you. This ensures our services/team members are not rushed and future clients are not kept waiting. Also, if you can provide professional documentation of a medical/personal emergency we will be happy to waive the cancellation fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment and don’t give us enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. We confirm all of our appointments 72 & 24 hours prior because we know how easy it is to forget. Your appointment was made just for YOU, no one else. For these reasons, a cancellation fee will apply.

In the event that you are sick and/or showing symptoms and decide to come in for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to refuse service in order to avoid the possible risk to our team and/or families. If rescheduling your appointment is required there will be a cancellation fee of full service. If you know you are sick please reschedule your appointment ahead of time and for a later date.

=SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY=

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service please notify us within 7 days of your completed service. We will gladly provide you with a “redo” service. Redo’s do not apply if we are notified after 7 days & all redo services will be scheduled with the same stylist. No refunds are given for services.

Also, we only service ages 13 and older. Thank you for your support & understanding!
